Citrix Web Interface, developed by Citrix Systems, Inc., is a legacy, browser-based portal that provides secure access to published applications and virtual desktops hosted on Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop. It authenticates users (including support for Active Directory, pass-through, and smart cards), aggregates their authorized resources, and launches them through the Citrix Receiver (ICA) client from supported browsers. Administrators can customize the site’s appearance and behavior, configure access to multiple farms with load balancing, and integrate remote access through Citrix Secure Gateway or NetScaler Gateway. Typically deployed on Microsoft IIS, Web Interface enabled centralized application delivery without requiring local installations on user devices. While widely adopted for many years, it has been superseded by Citrix StoreFront, which provides a more modern architecture and user experience.
Citrix Webinterface is developed by Citrix Systems, Inc.. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 5.0 and 5.2.
